Services offered

a) An advisory service for preliminary planning, construction, management and

financial planning and subsequent in depth studies for final submissions.

b) Site surveys and preparation of plans and specifications

c) Preparation of architectural and engineering drawings for halls and arenas, tender

documents and tender vetting.

d) Planning and preparation of stadia plans.

e) Preparation of performance specifications and materials testing.

f) Research and development for specialist sports equipment, ie indoor athletics tracks,

permanent seating (portable and hydraulic) and air lift equipment.

g) Preparation of specifications and tenders for scoreboards, visual displays, general

athletics equipment and communications systems.

h) Supervision of construction, setting out, materials selection and testing, project

management and final surveys for accreditation.

i) Planning and establishing a management structure and if necessary supervising the

facility in its early life.

The Principals are willing to enter into discussion on any aspects of the above

mentioned services, their prime concern being to protect the interests of the client and

improve sports facilities.
